| Sending and receiving faxes is easy and simple with our fully-featured Web Client. |

| Sending a Fax: |

| From email: |
| |
Step 1 - Compose a new message and address the TO: field in the following format:
1+area code+fax number@fax.WiredFax.com.
ie 16462131771@fax.WiredFax.com |

| Step 2 - Whatever is entered in the Subject line, will appear on the fax cover sheet, same goes to the body of the email, which will also appear on the cover sheet under the Notes section. |

| Step 3 - Go ahead and attach your documents, they will be converted into fax documents upon sending of the message. |

| Step 4 - Send the message now, you will receive a confirmation email on the status of your message. You can also see your outgoing message in the Web Portal. |

| From Web Client: |

| Step 1 - Log into the online Web Client by visiting http://login.wiredfax.com/, sign in with your email address and password. |
| |
| Step 2 - Click on 'New' at the top left corner of the message box. |
| |
| Step 3 - Enter your information in the sender profile (Your name already appears) and add your subject notes. |
| |
Step 4 - Enter the recipients name and fax number in the Message Properties section and then click on the green 'Add' button to add this contact to your list of recipients. Repeat this process to add multiple recipients.
You can also add contacts from your Address Book, just click on the 'Add from Address Book' button. |

| Step 5 - Click on the 'Attachment' tab to add documents, select the green 'Attach Document' button and select your file, then hit 'Attach' on the top. Now just hit 'Send' on top and your fax will be sent to your selected recipient(s). |

| Receiving Faxes: |
| |
| Faxes sent to your fax number are converted to PDF files and sent to your email as an attachment. You can also view your incoming faxes in the online Web Client, by clicking on the Inbox folder |
