| Q: How do I send a fax with Wired Fax? |
There are 3 ways to send faxes with our system.
1) Web to fax - send faxes through our online Web Portal.
See instructions here.
2) Email to fax - Send faxes from your regular email account.
See instructions here.
3) PC to fax - Download our Print Driver to send faxes from almost any program.
Just download and install our print driver, open the document you want to fax and hit the print button, choose "Internet Fax" and your document will be sent to the recipient you choose.

| Q: Can I send faxes from my existing email account? |
Yes, just send an email to recipientnumber@WiredFax.com, for example, if you want to send a fax to 718-955-8373, then send it to 17189558373@fax.WiredFax.com. |

| Q: What file types can I send with Wired Fax? |
Here are the file types you can use with our service, you can also use our Print Driver to fax any file type that can be printed.

| Q: Are there other ways to be billed, except for automatic credit card billing? |
Automatic billing is the only option available now. Some business clients may qualify for invoicing, please email us with your request. |

Yes, just login to your account from the Wired Fax home page, and click on "Account Details" |

| Q: Can I keep my existing fax number? |
You can always forward your fax line to your Wired Fax number. Or, we might be able to port your existing number over to Wired Fax. Please fill out the form here and we will let you know of your number can be ported. A $25 charge will apply to port your number. |

Login to your account and click on "Statistics" |

Click on "Upgrade your plan" to upgrade to a different plan. |

No, you can only assign one email address per line. |

Yes, click on "Resend" next to the fax you wish to resend. |

Yes, you can attach more than one document to a fax. |

All you need is an internet connection and an email address. But you can always download our software to give you more options. |

Yes, you can add contact to the address book and then just select the recipient you want to send to. |

You will receive your faxes in your online Web Portal, as well as in your email inbox. |

| Q: Do I get confirmation emails? |
You can set when to receive the confirmation emails, either for all faxes, failed or successful faxes. |

No, Wired Fax services are provided on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled anytime you wish. |

Wired Fax charges users based on the plan they chose while signing up with our service. There are no other monthly fees, setup fees or any other additional fees. |
